Through the associated SERI LAMBRO Ltd., EQUANIMA is building a new hydroelectric green plant in the city of Milan, which will use the waters of the Lambro river to produce 100% renewable energy. The electric production will allow to satisfy the domestic energy need of more than 1.000 people, avoiding the emission of 250 tons of CO2 per year, reducing the dependence on fossil sources. Furthermore, historical hydraulic works will be renewed, riverbanks will be upgraded, a fish fauna ladder will be built and there will be planted the double of trees removed for the realization of the plant.
